The 2011 Yorkshire Show and The Prince of Wales!
The 2011 Yorkshire Show was amazing.  Not only did I get to take part in a live demonstration of my lamb being cooked by Yorkshire’s very own Tim Bilton, but I also had the pleasure of meeting His Royal Highness the Price of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall.  This was a fantastic opportunity to thank him for the work experience Duchy Home Farm gave me four years ago.  Read more at my blog.
